Sigh... somehow, our whole class managed to be late for PE on Friday, 15/5, apparently because of a timetable mix-up (which I don't really believe... I mean, haven't we come down for PE at 3pm before?), so our whole class, minus those with a valid excuse, will have to come down at 7am next Tuesday (19/5) for a make-up, in PE attire. Those who don't turn up, or turn up late, will come at 7am every day, just to warn you.

Seriously, though, what happened? Come on guys, tell me the truth here.

The NJC prison experiment: It was determined that the students internalized their roles and that 90% of their private conversations were on the hostel conditions and only 10% of the time were their conversations about life outside of the hostel. The ambassador from USA and the ambassador from China met in a Chinese cafe.

The ambassador from USA began, "We are willing to establish trade and are not concerned with your human rights issues."

His phone rang. He answered it and got scolded by Obama. He replaced the phone and said, "I mean, we are very concerned with your human rights issues."

The Chinese ambassador replied in a Hong-Kong accent: "Don't worry, you see our report on Olympic games? Protesters were treated kindly, no need worry one!"

"But this report from our State department says that the protesters were maltreated according to international human right laws!" the US ambassador protested.

"I say, you no need worry. You don't interfere our affair, we don't interfere your affair!" the Chinese ambassador said in a menacing tone.

"I don't care. We are the world superpower, we must take care of all the people in the world, whether or not they ask for it!" the US ambassador insisted.

They continued on until a terrorist came in, said "Allahu akbar!" and blew everyone up.

Okay, end-of-year holidays are coming and people are already starting to go off, including Qizhen who is going off on Saturday, 25/10/08, 11pm-something at Changi Airport. (Note: Add/edit any missing/wrong info in this post, I'm not too sure.) Anyway, whoever wants to can see her off then.

With regards to recent events:
1)About E-broadcast: Group 8 have won two awards for best director and audio. The group consists of me (Calvin), Tabitha, Jonathan, Wu Cai, Hao Qing and Zili. Jonathan got the "Best Director" trophy, Tabitha got "Best Audio" and the rest of us got two certificates. How anti-climatic.

I will try and post the winning pieces just as soon as I receive them and permission to post. Use the chatbox!

2)Our class got the highest average GPA for Sem. 2 and probably the whole year. We had one heck of a class party (involving chocolate chips, medicinal snakes and red hands) but it was a shame only one-third came for the class breakfast and half (of the class, duh) came for dinner. Oh well, we're discussing booking a chalet during the holidays-so keep a ear out (and a wallet full)!

3)Several people DO read the class blog after all. Some girls I talked to saw the Oct. 14 post and thought it was Zen who posted. Oddly, they didn't ask him. I was the one who posted that and never thought the clues might point elsewhere. Oh well...

Anyhow, next year's hotel house master for us (solaris) is Ms Sharon Phua. Start bootlicking and/or forging excuse letters!

Finally, the blog needs a makeover and a breath of life. Someone work on that.

There's a recycling competition coming up and we need everyone to help! So for this, our class is supposed to come up with at least 100 can tabs and at least 50kg of newspaper. So.. Everyone MUST collect at least 5 can tabs and at least 2.5kg of newspaper EACH! Pass them to me by NEXT WEEK yes? THANK YOUUUUUUU. :D

THANKS MUCH for helping out with the International Friendship Day Japanese GameStall! Whether big or small, your effort is greatly appreciated. Specials thanks to Geraint, Chun Wai, Zen for taking time off to help QiQi & I with the buying of materials. Xinyi & Viona for helping out throughout the whole day. HELLO 03. so this is the class relay system, (although I don't think it'll really work) so when mrs fong or some other teacher tells me something to announce to the class (when we're not in school) I'll sms, Alissa, Vi and Jonathan. And what you three have to do is just sms the next register number, and so on. It ends with Qizhen, Zen and Wucai :) these three sms me when you've received the message! BYE

Well.. We're using our own account now! The username is now o8ipo3@gmail.com. And the password is still the same. ;D

And xinyi, tell me I rock! Why? :P Because xinyi and I tried using this url with our own account after deleting the blog from our seniors' account but the url was unavailable. But now it is! :) (After I tried doing it another way anyways.)
